Open Campus Placement Drive Conducted at Govt. SPMR College of Commerce, Jammu

Govt. Sri Pratap Memorial Rajput (SPMR) College of Commerce, Jammu, organized an Open Campus Placement Drive today, providing valuable employment opportunities to graduating students. The drive, conducted in collaboration with HDFC Bank and Axis Bank, attracted enthusiastic participation from aspiring candidates seeking careers in the banking sector.
The event was graced by prominent resource persons Mr. Rahul Sharma, Ms. Shakun Mahajan, and Mr. Ravi, who addressed the gathering and shared insightful perspectives on the growing opportunities in the banking industry. They highlighted the recruitment process and career progression pathways, with a special focus on opportunities at Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank. Their interactive sessions motivated students to explore dynamic roles within the financial services sector.
The placement drive featured a structured selection process, including an on-the-spot screening interview, online aptitude tests, AI-based interviews, and a panel interview round, aimed at selecting candidates for residential training programs leading to confirmed placements.
